Up close with a Charleston pier regular.

It started as a photo taken on a pier in downtown Charleston, with the seagull only about 10 inches from the camera, close enough to catch the feathers, the sharp eye and the yellow beak. It was then hand-styled into a bold, high-contrast portrait in layered blues, cyans and whites with a speckled graphic texture.

The result feels like modern pop art with a coastal soul, crisp and graphic from across the room and full of detail up close.

It's part wildlife encounter and part coastal art, with the “Ghost” signature printed in the lower right. Its energy suits a beach house, a kitchen or a bright hallway.
