Shipping Policy
Effective Date: October 20, 2026
Thank you for ordering from 2 Blues Printing. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with 2 Blues Printing LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, doing business as 2 Blues Printing ("2 Blues," "we," "us," or "our"), are produced and shipped, what shipping costs, and what to expect after you order. This Policy forms part of, and is to be read together with, our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall control.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. RISK OF LOSS PASSES TO YOU WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED TO THE CARRIER.
1. Production Turnaround
Because our products are custom, turnaround depends on the job, the materials, and our current production schedule. Turnaround time begins only after both proof approval and receipt of the required payment or deposit. Quoted timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, unless confirmed in writing. If we are unable to ship an order within the time we have stated, we will notify you and provide any options required by applicable law, including the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
Except as otherwise stated on our website or in your quote, orders are dispatched within one (1) business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after production is complete and the order has been paid in full. Orders that become ready for dispatch after noon, or on weekends or holidays, may be dispatched the next business day. Orders will not ship until paid in full.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, including throughout the United States and to Canada. Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout or in your quote. We may decline to ship to any destination where shipping is restricted by law or is otherwise impracticable.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control, as further described in the Force Majeure section of our Terms of Service.
5. Shipping Costs and Taxes
Shipping costs are the Client's responsibility unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or in your quote based on your destination, order size and weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.
South Carolina sales and use tax, including applicable local taxes, is charged on orders delivered or picked up in South Carolina. Orders shipped to a destination outside South Carolina are generally exempt from South Carolina sales tax under S.C. Code Ann. Section 12-36-2120(36), but may be subject to taxes in the destination jurisdiction, as described in our Terms of Service.
6. International Orders: Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT, GST, HST, PST, QST, or RST), and carrier brokerage or handling fees imposed by the destination country. The Client, as importer of record, is solely responsible for all such duties, taxes, and fees, and for complying with the destination country's import laws. If these charges are calculated and collected at checkout, they will not be due at delivery. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the Client's responsibility.
International shipments may be held, inspected, or delayed by customs authorities. Customs delays are outside our control, and 2 Blues Printing is not responsible for delays, charges, or seizures imposed by customs or other government authorities. Orders refused, abandoned, or returned because duties, taxes, or fees were not paid are not eligible for a refund. It is the Client's responsibility to confirm that ordered products may lawfully be imported into the destination country.
7. Blind Shipping
Blind shipping (no 2 Blues branding on packaging or paperwork) is available on request for wholesale orders, including wholesale wrap printing. Please request blind shipping when ordering or before your order ships.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, where the shipping method supports tracking. Tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.
9. Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it. We may be able to update an address before your order ships, but once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify it.
10. Shipment Contract; Risk of Loss; Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
All orders are shipped under shipment contracts, F.O.B. our shipping point, and we are not required to deliver goods to any particular destination. As provided in S.C. Code Ann. Section 36-2-509(1)(a) and our Terms of Service, RISK OF LOSS PASSES TO THE CLIENT WHEN THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED TO THE CARRIER. Carrier delays are outside our control, and claims for delay, loss, or damage in transit must be made with the carrier. If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us promptly and we will help you work with the carrier on your claim.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations; No Refunds
All sales are final, and all payments and deposits are non-refundable, as set out in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Orders cannot be cancelled for a refund once placed. Requests to change an order should be made as soon as possible; we may, at our discretion, accommodate changes before production begins, but once production has begun, an order can no longer be changed or cancelled. No refunds are issued for cancelled orders, delayed orders, or shipping and customs delays, except where a refund is required by applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement. Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not refundable.
12. Local Pickup and Installation
We do not operate a walk-in location. Where offered, pickup in the Charleston, South Carolina area and commercial vehicle installation are by appointment only. Risk of loss for picked-up goods passes to the Client upon tender at the appointed pickup. Orders will not be released or installed until paid in full.
13. Applicable Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes are resolved as provided in the Dispute Resolution section of our Terms of Service, which includes binding individual arbitration, a class action waiver, and a jury trial waiver. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law applicable to the Client.
