Terms of service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 20, 2026

NOTICE: THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ARE SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA UNIFORM ARBITRATION ACT, S.C. CODE ANN. SECTION 15-48-10 ET SEQ., AND THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT, 9 U.S.C. SECTION 1 ET SEQ. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 21, ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND 2 BLUES PRINTING LLC WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 21.

IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER. THE ONLY REMEDY FOR A CONFIRMED DEFECT REPORTED WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF DELIVERY IS A REPRINT OR STORE CREDIT. THESE TERMS ALSO CONTAIN A DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (SECTION 17) AND A LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (SECTION 18). PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING.

1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every quote, order, product, and service provided by 2 Blues Printing LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, doing business as 2 Blues Printing ("2 Blues," "we," "us," or "our"), whether through 2bluesprinting.com (the "Site"), by telephone, by email, or in person by appointment. By requesting a quote, approving a proof, placing an order, checking a box or clicking a button indicating acceptance, or paying any amount, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. You agree that your electronic acceptance, approvals, and communications have the same legal effect as a signed writing under the South Carolina Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the federal E-SIGN Act.

You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally able to enter into contracts. If you order on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and "Client" includes that organization.

Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice, each as posted on the Site, are incorporated into these Terms. If any of them conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control, except that the Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

2. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing Errors

Quotes and estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. They are based on the information, measurements, and artwork provided at the time of quoting. Changes to size, quantity, materials, artwork, or scope may change the price, and a revised quote will be issued. Published wholesale wrap pricing is: Avery or 3M $7.90 per sq ft, Brightline or Fedrigoni $6.50 per sq ft, Black Label or GF $6.00 per sq ft, laminate included.

The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements, specifications, quantities, and other information the Client provides. If a price, description, or other information on the Site or in a quote contains an error, we may correct it. If an order is affected by a pricing error, we will contact the Client with the corrected price before production begins, and production will not proceed until the Client approves the corrected price. If the Client does not approve the corrected price, the order will not proceed and any amount paid will be handled as required by applicable law.

3. Taxes

Prices do not include taxes unless stated otherwise. We collect South Carolina sales and use tax, including applicable local taxes, on orders delivered or picked up in South Carolina, as required by Chapter 36 of Title 12 of the South Carolina Code of Laws. Orders that we are obligated by contract to deliver, or to deliver to a carrier for transportation, to a point outside South Carolina are generally exempt from South Carolina sales tax under S.C. Code Ann. Section 12-36-2120(36), but may be subject to sales, use, value-added, goods and services, or other taxes, duties, and fees in the destination jurisdiction, which are the Client's responsibility. Wholesale and other tax-exempt Clients must provide a valid resale or exemption certificate before the order is placed; otherwise, tax will be charged. Taxes collected are not refundable except as required by law.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of order for all products and services, including wholesale print-only wrap vinyl, partial wraps and lettering, banners, stickers, window perf, color change, PPF and tint, design services, and art prints.

Custom signs, bulk apparel orders (24 pieces or more), and full digitally printed vehicle wraps require a fifty percent (50%) deposit before production begins. The deposit reserves the Client's place in our production schedule and covers materials ordered for the Client's job. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the order ships, is picked up, or is installed. Pickup and installation are by appointment only; we do not have a walk-in location. Orders will not ship, be released, or be installed until paid in full.

ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS, INCLUDING DESIGN FEES, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Deposits as liquidated damages. Because every order is made to the Client's specifications, we commit production time and order materials for the Client's job as soon as a deposit is paid, and our resulting losses if the Client cancels, fails to pay the balance, or otherwise breaches are difficult to calculate. The Client therefore agrees that, if the Client cancels or breaches after paying a deposit, 2 Blues may retain the deposit as liquidated damages under S.C. Code Ann. Section 36-2-718(1), and that the deposit is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated harm and not a penalty. This does not limit our right to recover the unpaid price of goods already produced, which are not reasonably resalable, under S.C. Code Ann. Section 36-2-709.

Unclaimed orders. If the balance of a completed order remains unpaid, or a paid order is not collected or released for shipment, for sixty (60) days after we notify the Client by email that the order is complete, the Client will be deemed to have abandoned the order. 2 Blues may then retain all amounts paid and may store, recycle, or otherwise dispose of the goods, without further liability, in addition to any other remedy available under these Terms or applicable law.

Collection. Unpaid amounts may be referred for collection. To the extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to pay the reasonable costs of collecting any unpaid amount, including reasonable attorney's fees and court or arbitration costs.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal with a card issuer, bank, or payment provider, the Client agrees to contact us first at 2bluesprinting@gmail.com or (854) 202-2033, provide the order number and a description of the issue, and allow us at least ten (10) business days to resolve it under these Terms. A chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel an order or entitle the Client to a refund of any non-refundable payment or deposit. We may contest any chargeback or dispute by submitting these Terms, the Client's proof approval, order records, communications, and delivery or installation records. If a payment is reversed for goods or services that were ordered, approved, and delivered or performed in accordance with these Terms, the reversed amount remains owed, and we may suspend further work and orders and pursue collection under Section 4. Nothing in this Section limits any right the Client has under the federal Fair Credit Billing Act or other applicable law.

6. Artwork and Proof Approval

We provide a digital proof for custom work. Production begins only after we receive the Client's written approval, which may be given electronically. The Client must review every proof carefully. ONCE A PROOF IS APPROVED, THE CLIENT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SPELLING, GRAMMAR, PUNCTUATION, CONTACT INFORMATION, COLORS, SIZES, DIMENSIONS, LAYOUT, AND CONTENT SHOWN IN THE APPROVED PROOF, AND 2 BLUES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ERROR OR OMISSION CONTAINED IN AN APPROVED PROOF. Errors contained in an approved proof are not defects. Reprints required because of such errors are billed at standard rates.

Files supplied by the Client are printed as supplied unless the Client purchases design or file-preparation services. We are not responsible for results caused by low-resolution, incorrectly sized, or improperly prepared files, or by fonts, colors, or effects that do not reproduce as expected. Proof approval also confirms the Client's acceptance of the measurements and specifications on which the proof is based.

7. Client-Supplied Content

By supplying artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other content ("Client Content"), the Client represents and warrants that it owns, or has obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to use and reproduce, the Client Content, and that its use by 2 Blues will not infringe or violate the copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or other rights of any person or violate any law. The Client grants 2 Blues a non-exclusive license to reproduce and modify the Client Content as needed to perform the order.

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2 Blues from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from the use of Client Content, including claims alleging that 2 Blues infringed any right by reproducing Client Content as the Client directed. We may decline or stop any job, at any stage, that we believe infringes the rights of others, violates any law, or is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise offensive or objectionable, in our sole discretion.

8. Ownership of Designs and Intellectual Property

Custom designs. Unless otherwise agreed in a writing signed by 2 Blues, original designs created by 2 Blues, including concepts, drafts, proofs, and working files, remain the exclusive property of 2 Blues until the order is paid in full, and the Client receives no right to use, reproduce, or have others reproduce any such design until then. Upon payment in full, 2 Blues assigns to the Client the copyright in the final approved design created specifically for the Client, excluding pre-existing materials, templates, stock images, fonts, the artwork of the resident artist Ghost, and other third-party or 2 Blues materials, which remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed to the Client only for use as part of the final design. Native or editable working files are not included unless purchased. On request after payment in full, we will confirm the assignment in a signed writing. 2 Blues may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless the Client asks us in writing not to.

Site content and art prints. All content on the Site, including artwork, designs, the Ghost logo, photographs, and text, is owned by 2 Blues or the resident artist Ghost, as applicable, as further described in our Legal Notice. The purchase of an art print conveys ownership of the physical print only. Each print is licensed for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial display, and no right to reproduce, copy, scan, adapt, or commercially exploit the artwork is granted.

Copyright complaints (DMCA). If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to 2bluesprinting@gmail.com, with the subject line "Copyright Notice," that includes the information required by 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3): (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (d) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

9. Color Variance

Colors shown on screens, monitors, and phones vary and may not exactly match printed results. Different materials, finishes, and print processes also affect color. Minor variations in color, cut position, and finish are normal in printing and are not considered defects. Exact color matching is available on request and may require a printed sample at additional cost.

10. Turnaround

Turnaround depends on the job, materials, and current production schedule. An order is complete and ready for production only after both proof approval and receipt of the required payment or deposit, and turnaround time begins then. Quoted timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, unless confirmed in writing. If we are unable to ship an order within the time we have stated, we will notify the Client and provide any options required by applicable law, including the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 435.

11. Shipping, Blind Shipping, and Risk of Loss

We ship worldwide, including throughout the United States and to Canada. All orders are shipped under shipment contracts, F.O.B. our shipping point. We are not required to deliver goods to any particular destination, and, as provided in S.C. Code Ann. Section 36-2-509(1)(a), RISK OF LOSS PASSES TO THE CLIENT WHEN THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED TO THE CARRIER. For goods picked up, risk of loss passes to the Client upon tender at the appointed pickup. Carrier delays, loss, or damage in transit must be claimed with the carrier; we will assist where we can.

Shipping costs are the Client's responsibility unless stated otherwise. For orders shipped outside the United States, the Client is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges, and for compliance with the destination country's import laws. Customs delays are outside our control. We may decline to ship to any destination where shipping is restricted or impracticable. Blind shipping (no 2 Blues branding on packaging or paperwork) is available on request for wholesale orders.

12. Installation

Installation is available for commercial vehicles only and is performed by 3M certified installers. Vehicles must be delivered clean, dry, and clear of personal items, wax, and debris. Vinyl may lift paint or clear coat on removal; 2 Blues is not responsible for pre-existing paint damage, rust, chips, or aftermarket or repainted surfaces, including damage that appears during installation or removal. The Client represents that it owns or is authorized to have graphics installed on the vehicle.

13. Cancellations; All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS, INCLUDING DESIGN FEES AND PAYMENTS FOR COMPLETED DESIGN WORK, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Because every order is custom and made to order, orders cannot be cancelled for a refund once placed, and once production has begun, an order cannot be changed or cancelled. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Any approved remedy is limited to the limited warranty terms in Section 15. This Section applies except where a refund is required by applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement, as described in Section 23.

14. Inspection and Acceptance

The Client must inspect each order promptly upon delivery, pickup, or completion of installation. The parties agree under S.C. Code Ann. Sections 36-1-302(b) and 36-2-607(3)(a) that seven (7) days after delivery is a reasonable time to give notice of any defect or nonconformity in goods, and that goods for which no notice is given within that time are accepted, except for latent defects that could not reasonably have been discovered by inspection, which must be reported promptly after discovery. This Section does not require notice of injury to the person in the case of consumer goods and does not shorten any statute of limitations.

15. Limited Warranty and Exclusive Remedies

Limited Warranty. 2 Blues warrants to the original purchaser that its printed products will be free from defects in material and workmanship caused by 2 Blues at the time of delivery. Defects must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery, with the order number and photographs, as described in our Refund Policy. If we confirm a defect caused by us, we will reprint the affected items or issue a store credit, at our discretion. No cash refunds are issued. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED INSTALLATION WARRANTY BELOW, REPRINT OR STORE CREDIT IS THE CLIENT'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER S.C. CODE ANN. SECTION 36-2-719(1)(b).

Limited Installation Warranty. Professional installations performed by 2 Blues or its certified installers carry a one (1) year warranty from the installation date on installation workmanship, covering lifting, peeling, or bubbling caused by the installation. The remedy is repair or replacement, at 2 Blues' option. This warranty does not cover accidents, impact, road debris, vandalism, weather, normal wear, pressure washing, automatic car washes, harsh chemicals, paint or surface failure, aftermarket, repainted, or repaired surfaces, or graphics removed or altered by the Client or others. Film, laminate, and ink are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, which passes through to the Client. Warranty claims must be made in writing, with photographs, promptly after discovery.

If an exclusive remedy is found to have failed of its essential purpose, our total liability remains subject to Section 18. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in Sections 15 through 18 may not apply to you. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

16. No Other Express Warranties

The limited warranties in Section 15 are the only express warranties made by 2 Blues. No employee, contractor, or agent is authorized to make any other warranty. Samples, proofs, product images, and descriptions are for identification and illustration only and do not create any warranty that the goods will conform exactly to them.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY STATED IN SECTION 15, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2 BLUES PRINTING LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT AS TO GOODS PRODUCED FROM CLIENT CONTENT. ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE OTHERWISE PROVIDED "AS IS." IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER AND APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE APPLICABLE LIMITED WARRANTY IN SECTION 15.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF 2 BLUES PRINTING LLC FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THAT ORDER; AND (B) 2 BLUES PRINTING LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF ANY VEHICLE OR PREMISES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for injury to the person in the case of consumer goods, as provided in S.C. Code Ann. Section 36-2-719(3), for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2 Blues and its members, managers, the resident artist Ghost, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or relating to (a) Client Content; (b) the Client's breach of these Terms or of any representation or warranty in them; (c) the Client's use, display, or installation of products, including any claim that signage, graphics, or wraps violate any law, ordinance, permit, lease, or covenant; or (d) the Client's violation of any law or the rights of any third party, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of 2 Blues.

20. Force Majeure

2 Blues is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, hurricanes, tropical storms, floods, fire, severe weather, epidemics, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, shortages or delays of materials or supplies, equipment failure, carrier or postal delays, customs holds, utility or internet outages, and cyberattacks. Affected deadlines are extended for the duration of the event. If the event prevents performance for more than sixty (60) days, either party may cancel the unperformed portion of the order by written notice. In that case, amounts paid for the unperformed portion, less costs already incurred for materials and work, will be issued as store credit, except where applicable law requires a refund.

21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; BINDING ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVERS

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OF MOST DISPUTES AND WAIVES JURY TRIALS AND CLASS ACTIONS.

(a) Informal resolution first. Before starting any arbitration or court action, the party asserting a claim must send the other a written notice describing the claim, the order number (if any), and the relief requested. Notices to 2 Blues must be sent to 2bluesprinting@gmail.com. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the claim informally for thirty (30) days after the notice is received. Any applicable limitations period is tolled during this period.

(b) Agreement to arbitrate. Except as provided in subsection (d), any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, any quote, order, product, or service, or the relationship between the Client and 2 Blues, including disputes about the scope, validity, or enforceability of this Section, will be resolved by final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules if the Client is an individual ordering primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, and otherwise under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Fees will be allocated as provided in the applicable AAA rules. The arbitration will take place in Charleston County, South Carolina, unless the parties agree otherwise or the applicable rules provide for a hearing by video, telephone, or written submissions. The arbitrator will apply South Carolina law and these Terms and may award any individual relief a court could award. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

(c) Governing arbitration law. Because these Terms involve interstate and international commerce, this Section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. Section 1 et seq. To the extent the Federal Arbitration Act does not apply, this Section is governed by the South Carolina Uniform Arbitration Act, S.C. Code Ann. Section 15-48-10 et seq.

(d) Exceptions. Either party may (1) bring an individual claim in a magistrate's court or other small claims court of competent jurisdiction in Charleston County, South Carolina, for so long as the claim remains in that court; (2) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property; and (3) bring in court any claim arising out of personal injury, which is excluded from arbitration to the extent required by S.C. Code Ann. Section 15-48-10(b)(4).

(e) CLASS ACTION WAIVER. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person or preside over any class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to any claim, that claim must be severed and decided by a court under Section 22, and may not proceed in arbitration on a class basis.

(f) JURY TRIAL WAIVER. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CLIENT AND 2 BLUES KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY ORDER, PRODUCT, OR SERVICE.

(g) Right to opt out. The Client may opt out of the agreement to arbitrate in subsection (b) by emailing 2bluesprinting@gmail.com, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out," within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms, stating the Client's name, email address, and a clear statement that the Client opts out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms, including the jury trial waiver and the class action waiver to the extent enforceable in court.

(h) Survival. This Section survives the completion of any order and the termination of the Client's relationship with 2 Blues.

22. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United States. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Convention on the Limitation Period in the International Sale of Goods do not apply. Subject to Section 21, any dispute will be handled exclusively in the state courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina, or the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, Charleston Division, and the Client consents to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in those courts.

23. Rights That Cannot Be Waived; Severability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement under the law that applies to the Client, including mandatory consumer protection laws of the Client's state, province, or country of residence and the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Where such a law applies, each limitation in these Terms applies to the maximum extent that law permits. Many jurisdictions exclude goods made to the buyer's specifications or clearly personalized from statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights, and every 2 Blues product is made to order.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible or limited as provided in S.C. Code Ann. Section 36-2-302, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

24. General Provisions

These Terms, together with any written quote, approved proof, and the policies incorporated in Section 1, are the entire agreement between the Client and 2 Blues regarding their subject matter and supersede all prior communications. Any terms in a Client purchase order or other document that add to or conflict with these Terms are rejected unless 2 Blues agrees to them in a signed writing. The Client may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Notices to the Client may be given by email to the address associated with the order. The parties are independent contractors. Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, and 13 through 23 survive completion of any order. Headings are for convenience only.

25. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date. The version posted at the time of the Client's order applies to that order. Changes to Section 21 will not apply to any dispute of which 2 Blues had actual notice before the change.
