Refund policy

Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 20, 2026

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS, INCLUDING DESIGN FEES, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. EVERY PRODUCT IS CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER. THE ONLY REMEDY FOR A CONFIRMED DEFECT REPORTED WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF DELIVERY IS A REPRINT OR STORE CREDIT.

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services ordered from 2 Blues Printing LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company, doing business as 2 Blues Printing ("2 Blues," "we," "us," or "our"), whether through 2bluesprinting.com, by telephone, by email, or in person by appointment. This Policy forms part of, and is to be read together with, our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall control.

1. All Sales Final

Because every order is custom and made to the Client's specifications, all sales are final. 2 Blues Printing does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product or service, including printed products, wraps, signs, banners, apparel, stickers, design services, installation services, and art prints.

2. Payments and Deposits Are Non-Refundable

All payments and deposits, including design fees and payments for completed design work, are non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of order for all products and services, except that custom signs, bulk apparel orders (24 pieces or more), and full digitally printed vehicle wraps require a fifty percent (50%) deposit before production begins. The deposit reserves the Client's place in our production schedule and covers materials ordered for the job. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the order ships, is picked up, or is installed. Orders will not ship, be released, or be installed until paid in full.

Because we commit production time and order materials for each custom job, the Client agrees that a deposit may be retained as liquidated damages if the Client cancels or breaches, as provided in our Terms of Service and S.C. Code Ann. Section 36-2-718(1). Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees are not refundable except as required by law.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Orders cannot be cancelled for a refund once placed. Requests to change an order should be made as soon as possible by contacting us using the details in Section 10. Before production begins, we may, at our sole discretion, accommodate a change in size, quantity, materials, artwork, or scope, which may change the price and will be reflected in a revised quote. Once production has begun, an order can no longer be changed or cancelled. No cancellation or change entitles the Client to a refund of any payment or deposit.

4. Proof Approval

We provide a digital proof for custom work, and production begins only after we receive the Client's written approval. Please review every proof carefully. ONCE A PROOF IS APPROVED, THE CLIENT IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SPELLING, GRAMMAR, COLORS, SIZES, LAYOUT, AND CONTENT, AND 2 BLUES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ERROR CONTAINED IN AN APPROVED PROOF. Errors contained in an approved proof are not defects, and reprints required because of such errors are billed at standard rates.

5. Color Variance

Colors shown on screens, monitors, and phones vary and may not exactly match printed results. Different materials, finishes, and print processes also affect color. Minor variations in color, cut position, and finish are normal in printing and are not considered defects. Exact color matching is available on request and may require a printed sample at additional cost.

6. Limited Warranty: Reprint or Store Credit

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Defects in material or workmanship, and orders in which you received the wrong item, must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. The Client agrees that seven (7) days is a reasonable time to give notice of a defect under S.C. Code Ann. Sections 36-1-302(b) and 36-2-607(3)(a); latent defects that could not reasonably have been discovered by inspection must be reported promptly after discovery. To report a defect, contact us through the Contact page at 2bluesprinting.com/pages/contact, by email at 2bluesprinting@gmail.com, or by telephone at (854) 202-2033, and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Clear photographs showing the defect; and
  • A brief description of the issue.

If we confirm a defect caused by us, we will, at our discretion, reprint the affected items or issue a store credit. No cash refunds are issued. Reports made after the seven (7) day period, or without photographs, may not be eligible for a remedy. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED INSTALLATION WARRANTY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 7, REPRINT OR STORE CREDIT IS THE CLIENT'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. The disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service also apply.

7. Limited Installation Warranty

Professional installations performed by 2 Blues Printing or its certified installers carry a one (1) year warranty on installation workmanship, as set out in full in our Terms of Service. The remedy under that warranty is repair or replacement, at 2 Blues Printing's option, and not a refund. Film, laminate, and ink are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, which passes through to the Client.

8. Shipping Loss, Damage, and Delay

Risk of loss passes to the Client once the order is handed to the carrier. Carrier delays, loss, or damage in transit must be claimed with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost or delayed in transit, contact us immediately and we will assist you with your carrier claim where we can. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, the Client agrees to contact us first, provide the order number and a description of the issue, and allow us at least ten (10) business days to resolve it under our Terms of Service. A chargeback or dispute does not cancel an order or make any non-refundable payment or deposit refundable, and we may contest it by submitting our Terms of Service, the Client's proof approval, and order and delivery records. Nothing in this Section limits any right the Client has under the federal Fair Credit Billing Act or other applicable law.

10. Contact

11. Applicable Law; Rights That Cannot Be Waived This Policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes are resolved as provided in the Dispute Resolution section of our Terms of Service, which includes binding individual arbitration, a class action waiver, and a jury trial waiver. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law applicable to the Client, including the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and mandatory consumer protection laws of the Client's state, province, or country of residence. Where such a law requires a refund, we will provide it to the extent required.
