A retro take on an original photograph of a historic boat at the Battery in Charleston, weathered and still and framed by the textures of the harbor, drawn over by hand with a pen to bring out the reflections and aged wood.
Vintage tones and fine ink detail give it the charm of an antique maritime print, with every plank and ripple carefully defined.
The Battery looks out over Charleston Harbor toward Fort Sumter, where the first shots of the Civil War were fired in April 1861. It brings vintage character to a coastal home, a study or a den.
