Charleston Series | Fort Sumter Original
Charleston Series | Fort Sumter Original
A piece of Charleston's waterfront, enhanced and drawn by hand.
An original photograph of a historic boat at the Battery in Charleston, weathered and still and framed by the textures of the harbor. The shot was enhanced and drawn over by hand with a pen to bring out the reflections and aged wood, in a timeless monochrome style.
Fine ink lines and rich gray tones lend it the depth of a classic etching, understated, detailed and quietly elegant.
The Battery looks out over Charleston Harbor toward Fort Sumter, where the first shots of the Civil War were fired in April 1861. Hang it in a coastal home, a study or a rustic space.
Each poster carries the artist’s “Ghost” signature as part of the printed artwork. For a hand-signed piece, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and full name, and we will coordinate the details, including complimentary return shipping.
